With nearly two decades of experience in health care operations, product strategy, and regulatory compliance, she specializes in building cross-functional systems that align innovation with oversight. Steve guides Mentavi Health’s digital innovation strategy to deliver accessible, evidence-based health solutions nationwide. With over 20 years of experience leading software and product teams in health care and enterprise technology, he emphasizes human-centered design and clinical rigor. He ensures that Mentavi’s advanced, AI-enabled platforms enhance, rather than replace, the connection between patients and providers. Steve also serves on the Board of Directors for Grand Rapids University Preparatory Academy (GRUPA).

Michelle Ripper Lewis serves as Vice President of Clinical Solutions & Transformation at Mentavi Health, leading clinical innovation to improve how patients and providers experience virtual mental health care. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and over 25 years of experience across clinical practice, managed care, and digital health, she develops scalable systems that bridge clinical excellence, technology, and operational strength. A certified executive in generative AI for health care, Michelle continues to advance Mentavi’s next-generation clinical solutions.

As Chief Compliance Officer, Angie Lillie is dedicated to building and overseeing compliance programs that not only meet but exceed regulatory requirements, ensuring operational integrity, regulatory excellence, and patient safety across all areas of care delivery. With 20 years of experience in compliance, risk management, and medical staff credentialing, she is deeply committed to maintaining the highest ethical and clinical standards. Angie holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is a Certified Professional in Medical Services Management (CPMSM) through the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS). Dr. Barry K. Herman serves as Chief Medical Officer at Mentavi Health, overseeing all clinical service offerings and advancing evidence-based mental health care nationwide. He is committed to creating a performance and measurement culture grounded in clinical practice, and to Mentavi Health’s mission of improving access and affordability for everyone seeking mental health diagnosis and treatment. A dual board-certified psychiatrist with more than 30 years of leadership experience across managed care, pharmaceuticals, and digital health, Dr. Herman is a thought leader in the field and a recipient of two of the American Psychiatric Association’s top leadership awards. He is the author of over 100 scientific publications and abstracts. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from Clark University, M.D. from Tufts University School of Medicine, a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Stanford University, and a Master of Medical Management (MMM) from Tulane University.

Dave Peralta serves as Fractional Chief Financial Officer at Mentavi Health, guiding the company’s financial strategy, operations, and growth planning. With deep experience across health care, technology, and investment-backed organizations, he brings a disciplined approach to scaling responsibly while supporting innovation in care access. Dave focuses on building sustainable frameworks that strengthen Mentavi’s fiscal foundation and ensure long-term impact for patients, providers, and partners. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting, graduating with distinction, from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant (State of Michigan).

Keith Brophy leads Mentavi Health’s mission to make evidence-based, patient-centered mental health care accessible to all. A seasoned leader with decades of experience in health care innovation and technology, he has built nationally recognized teams and digital platforms that enhance patient outcomes and strengthen provider relationships. His leadership at Mentavi champions a human-first approach to online health care delivery, ensuring Mentavi’s digital journey enhances the patient-provider relationship while delivering timely, clinically credible support. These values shape the company’s role as a trusted partner to patients and health care systems. Previously, he launched a Medicare-focused innovation lab at a payor system, served as CEO of a Medicaid-focused digital care company and State Director of the Michigan Small Business Development Center, among other endeavors. A former Ernst & Young Michigan Entrepreneur of the Year, Keith is also a frequent speaker on digital transformation, AI, and the future of care. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and an M.S. in Information Systems from Strayer University.
