We look at how cognitive flexibility relates to stress, so we can adapt when things don’t go as planned, explore ways to build self-awareness, and keep helpful approaches in mind even when we are feeling overloaded.

  • How motivation and action can show up differently for people with executive function challenges
  • Simple, supportive strategies to help you reflect on what might make starting feel more approachable
