Typically available within 7 days of receiving your diagnosis. You and your clinician will discuss your options and develop your personalized Mental Health Treatment plan together.
$199
Check-in on progress

You and your clinician will discuss the progress of your treatment plan and identify any necessary changes.
$175
Schedule follow-ups*
Required every 90 days. Each follow-up visit is just as important as your initial appointment. Because once you’ve started seeing how it’s possible to thrive, you won’t want to stop.
$175
*a follow-up appointment within 30 days may be required for any changes in your medication.

How can Mental Wellness Coaching help?
Focus on your strengths and future possibilities.
Your coach will get to know you beyond your diagnosis. You’ll meet one-on-one to explore your values, goals, potential, and experiences. They’ll help you set goals, plan next steps, keep you accountable, motivate you, and celebrate progress.
Navigate anxiety, ADHD or depression
You know what you want to work on but may struggle to create or follow through with a plan. Your coach will guide your planning and keep you accountable from session to session as you work towards achieving your goals.
Keep you focused, accountable, and motivated
When facing a new challenge, like a recent diagnosis, feeling lost and overwhelmed is common. Coaching helps you find clarity, understand your situation, and guide you on how to move ahead.
Set–and achieve!–personal goals
Perhaps you’ve been working to improve communication with your partner but have hit a roadblock. Or you might want to get more organized, tackle your procrastination tendencies, get better sleep, or develop healthier nutrition habits.
