If ADHD, anxiety, or depression may be affecting your day-to-day, you’re in the right place. Start with a psychologist-reviewed Diagnostic Evaluation to help clarify what may be going on.
Many adults aren’t sure what’s behind how they’re feeling or functioning day to day. Experiences related to attention, mood, sleep, and stress often overlap, and multiple factors may be at play.
That’s why Mentavi starts with a Diagnostic Evaluation. Our nationwide, online evaluation is reviewed by a doctorate-level clinical psychologist to help clarify what may be contributing to your experience and support more informed next steps in care.
Mentavi’s Diagnostic Evaluation is clinically validated† to support the diagnosis of ADHD in adults, based on peer-reviewed research published in The Journal of Clinical Psychiatry.
A licensed clinical psychologist reviews your evaluation and assesses clinical context across up to 29 mental health conditions to determine warranted diagnoses and recommend next steps.
Concern: Ongoing anxiety that affects daily life.
Common signs: Persistent worry, restlessness, physical tension, racing thoughts, difficulty relaxing—even when there’s no clear or immediate cause.
How the evaluation helps:Identifies anxiety-related patterns and how they may appear in daily functioning.
Concern: Depression that changes how you feel, function, or engage with daily life.
Common signs: Shifts in mood, motivation, energy, sleep patterns, or interest in activities. It may present as numbness, irritability, or low drive, not only sadness.
How the evaluation helps: Assesses patterns and provides a structured summary based on a licensed psychologist’s clinical review.
Concern: Ongoing challenges with focus, organization, time management, or follow-through that affect work, relationships, or responsibilities.
Common signs: Difficulty staying organized, meeting deadlines, sustaining attention, or managing daily tasks. In adults, these challenges can be mistaken for anxiety, stress, or low motivation.
How the evaluation helps: Clarifies factors contributing to attention and executive-function challenges, and helps distinguish ADHD from overlapping concerns.
