Pursue a formal diagnosis

If the results of your Snapshot reveal areas of concern, our Mentavi Diagnostic Evaluation can help you dig deeper.
Reviewed by a licensed psychologist, the Diagnostic Evaluation explores the same conditions as the Snapshot but in far greater depth. It can lead to a formal diagnosis and, if warranted, a personalized treatment plan which could include medication management, therapy with one of our doctorate-level psychologists, and/or mental wellness coaching.
If you’ve taken the Snapshot, we’ll apply a $30 credit toward the Diagnostic Evaluation.
Our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Barry Herman, offers advice for anyone who doesn’t feel normal or simply wants to understand what might be getting in their way.
