The Mentavi Mental Health Diagnostic Evaluation is a completely confidential comprehensive assessment that is clinically validated to diagnose ADHD in adults. It can also diagnose other mental health conditions like anxiety and depression.â€
How the diagnostic evaluation works
Student may explore treatment at their college or university or meet with one of our clinicians to explore options with Mentavi Health, as warranted by diagnosis.
How treatment works
Our clinicians offer medical treatment across more than 40 states for anxiety, depression, and ADHD, with an appropriate diagnosis guiding your care. Each care plan is individualized, yet the treatment process remains consistent:
Meet with a clinician
Within 7 days of receiving the results, you can schedule an appointment with one of our clinicians to discuss a personalized treatment plan, as warranted by diagnosis.
Clinician check-in
Schedule a follow-up visit with your clinician again 30 days after the initial appointment to discuss progress and identify any necessary changes to your treatment plan.
Follow-ups occur as needed
At least, every 90 days, meet with your clinician to ensure that progress continues.
Therapy and mental wellness coaching are also available. You may access these services to address anxiety, depression, and ADHD, as warranted by diagnosis.
Initial and follow-up appointments with providers require separate sessions and are subject to our payment, cancellation, no-show, and refund policies.
