Your patient will receive an invitation to complete our comprehensive, clinically validated Mental Health Diagnostic Evaluation online at their own pace.
A licensed doctorate-level psychologist reviews their responses and provides a patient-friendly summary, as well as a detailed physician report, within 5 days.
The report may include a diagnosis of anxiety, depression, or other mental health conditions depression, and recommended next steps for ongoing care.
