Keith Brophy leads Mentavi Health’s mission to make evidence-based, patient-centered mental health care accessible to all. A seasoned leader with decades of experience in health care innovation and technology, he has built nationally recognized teams and digital platforms that enhance patient outcomes and strengthen provider relationships. 

His leadership at Mentavi champions a human-first approach to online health care delivery, ensuring Mentavi’s digital journey enhances the patient-provider relationship while delivering timely, clinically credible support. These values shape the company’s role as a trusted partner to patients and health care systems.

Previously, he launched a Medicare-focused innovation lab at a payor system, served as CEO of a Medicaid-focused digital care company, and was State Director of the Michigan Small Business Development Center, among other endeavors. 

A former Ernst & Young Michigan Entrepreneur of the Year, Keith is also a frequent speaker on digital transformation, AI, and the future of care. 

Keith holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
