Psychotherapy: where science meets personal growth
Psychotherapy can enhance outcomes for ADHD Patients–and now we’re offering it through Mentavi Health in 41 states!
When used in combination with medication, psychotherapy leads to noticeable improvement for patients. Adults with ADHD who received both medication and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) experienced a reduction in core ADHD symptoms compared to those receiving medication alone. Adults undergoing combined therapy maintain symptom control longer than those on medication alone, with 75% reporting sustained benefits at a 12-month follow-up compared to 50% in the medication-only cohort.
What to expect with online psychotherapy
- Telehealth makes it easy to fit therapy into your schedule and take appointments from home
- Your psychologist’s doctorate-level training will help you uncover the cognitive patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, equipping you with proven strategies that create a positive and lasting change
- Our approach combines compassionate guidance with evidence-based, therapeutic techniques to diagnose and treat mental health conditions, so you can explore not only what you’re experiencing, but why — and most importantly, how to move forward.
Validating Innovation: Advancing ADHD Diagnosis with Confidence
At Mentavi Health, we are committed to advancing access to accurate ADHD diagnoses. Our current clinical study is designed to validate the Mentavi Smart Assessment against the “gold standard for diagnosing ADHD in adults”—a live, synchronous video interview with a doctoral-level psychologist. The aim of this study is to demonstrate that the accuracy of our Smart Assessment aligns with established diagnostic standards for ADHD.
Our Current Study
The study evaluates the accuracy of our asynchronous Smart Assessment compared to traditional synchronous assessments, focusing on ADHD diagnosis in adults. In addition to diagnosing common comorbidities such as anxiety and mood disorders, the assessment screens for other conditions and risk factors, including PTSD and bipolar disorder, that help inform the overall clinical evaluation and guide treatment planning.
Why This Matters
Our goal is to empower clinicians and their patients with effective, affordable, and accessible tools for diagnosing ADHD. By bridging the gap between traditional assessments and innovative approaches, we aim to reduce diagnostic delays, improve patient outcomes, and increase confidence in the care patients receive.
Stay tuned for updates as we continue this important work and share insights from our study to support your practice and your patients.
