When diagnosis becomes
the bottleneck
An estimated 169 million Americans live in federally designated mental health professional shortage areas. Evaluation wait times may extend for months, delaying treatment decisions and straining patients, clinicians, institutions, and health systems.
Primary care providers, higher-education institutions, and workforce organizations are increasingly asked to address mental health needs without access to scalable, standardized diagnostic infrastructure.

Timely, comprehensive
diagnosis at scale
Mentaviās care model begins with diagnosis, decouples evaluation from treatment, and grounds care pathways in clinically sound assessment. The Diagnostic Evaluation screens across up to 29 mental health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and related concerns.
Designed for real-world care, results can guide next steps within Mentaviās network or be shared with external providers. Mentavi supports clinicians and institutions across care models, including employer benefits, primary care, psychiatry, and higher education, without requiring entry into a closed treatment ecosystem.
Diagnostic Evaluation results are typically returned within five days. When clinically appropriate and available, next steps such as care planning or referral may begin within about a week, depending on state availability and clinical review.
Research-backed, clinician-reviewed
Mentaviās Diagnostic Evaluation is clinically validatedā to support the diagnosis of ADHD in adults, based on peer-reviewed research published in The Journal of Clinical Psychiatry.
A licensed clinical psychologist reviews your evaluation and assesses clinical context across up to 29 mental health conditions to determine warranted diagnoses and recommend next steps.
Human clinicians at the center of care
Every Diagnostic Evaluation is reviewed and assessed by licensed, doctorate-level psychologists. This clinician-led model supports diagnostic accuracy in complex, real-world cases and enables identification of co-occurring conditions that often inform care decisions.
Technology supports access and clarity. Clinical judgment remains central.
Built for trust and regulation
Mentavi operates with a regulatory-first operating model. Technology is used in assistive roles and does not replace clinician judgment.
Oversight includes a multidisciplinary AI Ethics and Governance Committee supporting responsible technology use across clinical, technical, and compliance domains. This governance structure reflects Mentaviās commitment to long-term regulatory alignment in mental health care.
Our values and evolution
Founded in 2018 as ADHD Online, Mentavi Health was established in 2023 to expand its clinician-led online Diagnostic Evaluation beyond ADHD to a broader range of mental health conditions. The company operates on principles of access, clinical rigor, patient-centered clarity, and trust grounded in regulatory alignment.
Mentavi serves patients directly and partners with higher-education institutions, clinical practices, workforce organizations, and health systems nationwide.
Why
A name that reflects our approach to care
Mentavi combines two ideas: the mind and a way forward. āMentā comes from the Latin root for mind, while āAviā suggests movement ahead. Together, the name reflects our belief that mental health care should provide clarity, structure, and a path people can move through with confidence.
