Ways we can support you

After a psychologist reviews your Diagnostic Evaluation, you may receive a diagnosis and next-step guidance, as warranted. Not everyone needs the same type of support, and some people may benefit from more than one approach over time. All services are delivered online. Availability varies by state.

Medical Treatment

Virtual visits with a clinician licensed in your state. Medical treatment may or may not include medication, and it isn’t guaranteed. If medication is prescribed, it will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

Therapy

Virtual therapy sessions with licensed clinicians. Therapy can help you build coping skills, work through patterns that affect daily life, and support emotional and behavioral health—whether you’re managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, or a combination.

Mental Wellness Coaching

Virtual, non-clinical, skill-based support focused on organization, follow-through, stress management, and daily routines.

All services are for adults 18 and over. Treatment options vary by state and the clinician’s schedule. Mental Wellness Coaching is available nationwide.

FAQs

Do I need to know my diagnosis before starting?

No. Many people start an evaluation because something feels off, not because they have a clear diagnosis. The evaluation helps clarify what may be contributing to their concerns.

What happens after my evaluation is reviewed?

A psychologist reviews your results and provides guidance on possible next steps. Treatment is recommended only when clinically appropriate.

Does treatment always include medication?

No. Medical treatment may or may not include medication, and it isn’t guaranteed. If medication is appropriate, a licensed clinician makes that decision based on a full clinical picture, and other types of support may be recommended instead.

If medication is prescribed, can it be sent to my pharmacy?

Yes. If medication is prescribed, it’s sent to the local pharmacy of your choice. Medication isn’t guaranteed and depends on clinical judgment.
